One-on-one Nutritional Coaching

Coaching can be completed by skype or telephone, or if you live locally and you prefer to meet face-to-face, that can be arranged.

Initial consultation – total investment $140 (60 – 90 minute)

Your nutrition program includes:

  • Analysis of existing diet including full breakdown of micro (vitamins, mineral) and macro (protein, fat, carbs) nutrients
  • Evaluation of current lifestyle and health needs
  • Personalised menu/meal plan and recommended dietary improvements
  • Recipe ideas and suggestions of how to overhaul existing favourite meals with the addition/replacement of healthy alternative ingredients
  • Action plan to have you eating smart, looking good and feeling great.

A pre-consultation questionnaire and food diary is completed and returned before our initial consultation session.

Followup consultation – total investment $90 (30 – 45 minute)

  • Review of your action plan and health goals
  • Strategies to overcome challenging situations
  • Action steps to continue moving forward with your nutrition plan.

My qualifications

I am a certified nutritionist and wellness coach, yoga practitioner, published cookbook author and winner of Top 50 Clean Food Blog award.

I have studied raw food cooking and human nutrition as part of my journey to heal myself of IBS and overcome the challenges of living with lactose intolerance.
