My approach to food is to eat fresh, whole foods that are ideally sourced locally and organically. There is something very rewarding about eating a meal that you have prepared with the freshest of ingredients.

I like to start my day with some yoga and meditation. Followed by breakfast, usually a freshly made veggie juice (carrot, apple, celery) and crunchy banana coconut granola with almond milk. Both these recipes can be found in the book.
