Bliss Balls

Are you ready for an afternoon snack to go with your cuppa?

Then grab your food processor out and whip up these yummy and simple bliss balls. They are packed with goodness and will satisfy your craving for something sweet.

Bliss Balls Recipe

Makes about 15 balls


  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pips removed
  • 1/3 cup macadamia nuts
  • 1/3 cup cashew nuts
  • 1/3 cup hazelnuts
  • 1/3 cup raw organic cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • extra shredded coconut to roll the balls in
  • water as needed


  • Place nuts and shredded coconut in food processor and blitz into chunky pieces.
  • Add dates, cacao powder and coconut oil. Process until well combined and the mixture forms a cookie dough consistency. Add some water if it is too sticky.
  • You may need to stop and scrape down the sides before processing again.
  • Roll into bite size balls then roll in extra coconut.
  • Place in the fridge to set for a few hours. Then enjoy.

Time saver tip:

These Bliss Balls will keep for about one week in the fridge.

Feel free to change the types of nuts you use or swap them for seeds such as pumpkin seeds.
